Renovations to an existing 40-unit apartment building for Avalon Housing, a non-profit providing low-income housing. The buildings had minimal maintenance during most of their 40-year life, and were badly deteriorated. Work included structural modifications, new grading and landscaping, interior finishes, new cabinets, and replacement of existing mechanical and electrical systems.
