Zanzibar Restaurant was a complete renovation of existing retail space to create a new restaurant with an airy, tropical atmosphere. Work included opening up the exterior walls to allow more natural light into the space, extensive interior structural work, a mezzanine dining area, main kitchen design, a lower level prep kitchen, new restrooms, new façade, and interior finishes.
